Who to contact

This website is operated by Demarcus Cephas LLC under the brand name Cephas Exterior Cleaning, serving Hampton Roads, Virginia. Mailing address: 905 Jewell Ave, Portsmouth, VA 23701, United States. For website privacy questions or requests, contact Demarcus Cephas at Demarcuscephas@gmail.com or (757) 289-9033.

Information involved

When you visit, our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information, referrer where supplied, and request time to deliver and protect the website.

If you call or email, you provide information such as your name, phone number, email address, property details, and the contents of your inquiry. The website does not have an account system, contact form, payment checkout, or file-upload function.

Why information is used

Technical information supports page delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Information you provide when contacting us is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss your property and requested work, and arrange service. Clicking a phone or email link opens your chosen calling or email application; it does not enroll you in a marketing list.

Providers and disclosures

Vercel provides website hosting and delivery. Email sent to our published Gmail address is handled by Google; calls use the relevant telephone providers. These providers process the information needed to supply their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.

See Vercel’s Privacy Notice and Google’s Privacy Policy. Provider processing may take place in the United States and other countries where their infrastructure operates.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

This website does not currently include Google Analytics, Google Ads tags, Meta pixels, remarketing tools, or third-party advertising. It does not use website visitor data for targeted advertising or sell visitor data through the website. Fonts and photographs are served with the website, rather than loaded from Google Fonts or social media embeds.

After you dismiss the privacy notice or save your settings, your browser stores an essential-only preference locally for up to 180 days. It is not an advertising identifier and is not sent to an analytics service. See the Cookie Policy for details.

There is no advertising or analytics tracking to enable when a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal is present. These signals do not stop the technical requests needed to serve the site.

Retention and security

The local privacy preference expires after 180 days and can be cleared through your browser. Hosting log retention is governed by the hosting configuration and provider practices. Inquiry correspondence may remain in the email or telephone systems used to handle it; ask us about a particular record or request deletion using the contact details above. Legal recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and Virginia rights

You can contact us to ask about information associated with you, request access, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Please describe your request without sending sensitive identity documents in your first email. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity.

Where the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act applies, Virginia residents acting in an individual or household capacity have rights to confirm processing and access data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of data sales, targeted advertising, and profiling used for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. The law’s applicability depends on statutory thresholds and exemptions; this notice does not assert that every business is covered.

For requests covered by that Act, the response period is generally 45 days, with one additional 45-day extension when permitted and explained within the initial period. You may appeal a denial by emailing the same address with the subject “Privacy request appeal.” Where the Act applies, an appeal response is due within 60 days. You may also contact the Virginia Attorney General about a complaint. Applicable privacy rights are not waived by these website terms.

Children and other websites

This site is intended for adults arranging residential or commercial cleaning, not children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information through our contact channels, let us know so we can address it. External websites and your phone or email applications have their own privacy practices.

Updates

Changes to the website’s data practices will be reflected here with an updated date. Any future optional tracking must be reviewed and configured before activation; this notice does not authorize future tracking.

This website currently has no optional tracking to switch on or off.
